With the opening of the Vilnius office as our third development center, you will be joining an international team, which includes some of the best-trained and experienced UC&C development professionals in the world.


We are looking for an experienced and energetic Office Manager to assist with daily operations of our company’s new office in Vilnius. The ideal Office Manager will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be well versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to proactively recommend ways of making administrative operations more efficient.


The duties and responsibilities of the Office Manager include:

  • Plan, establish and maintain office systems enabling employees to work efficiently and effectively
  • Interact with and coordinate activities for all employees in the Vilius office
  • Provide support for payroll, accounts payable and other accounting and facilities functions
  • Be a liason between Head Office in the US and external service providers (bank, suppliers, accountants, recruiters, etc.)
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies established by the Head Office and local laws and regulations
  • Be the go-to person for office inquiries, manage ongoing office services such as mail, supplies, meeting rooms, office equipment, etc. with attention to budgetary constraints


  • Proven experience as an Office Manager (experience with an International company is preferred but not required)
  • Proficient in English language
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures, departmental and legal policies
  • Familiarity with accounting and financial management principles is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • BA/BS (specialization in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required)
